MY EXPERIENCE

fashion.jpg

I love to stay in great hotels - and The Wagner at the Battery might take the prize for the best hotel service I have ever encountered. From check in to check out, the staff was so KIND. The hotel was lovely, with large, well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, classy robes, complimentary water in the room, complimentary breakfast in the morning and wine and appetizers in the evening - and the list continues. An amazing waterfront view from Battery Park - my Statue of Liberty view was such a perk. The Wagner's lobby is like one of a luxury New York apartment building, the housekeepers that always came with a smile during turndown service, bringing ice and water as it was boiling hot outside.

The hotel is very well located, lots of metro lines around, walking distance to Brookfield Place, One World Trade Center, Oculus, lots of shops and places to eat. I took a lot of pisctures around during the heat weather and the hotel was an amazing to come back and so quite to sleep.

The most love of my stay were the hotel bicycles: I could cycle all battery park cross the Manhattan Bridge, cycle around Dumbo and back through Brooklyn Bridge. Highly recomend.
