Hello Autumn!!!! NYC had a very drastic temperature change that caught us all by surprise, which just tells us its time to update our wardrobe just as quickly. So dig into your closet, start dusting and cleaning and take out all the fall favorites.
I personally love to mix and match the old, with the new. The one accessory that should not be missing in your wardrobe are hats. which you will be seeing in my posts very frequently this season, they add a great touch to any outfit!
In this occasion I used blue jeans, a sweater, a jacket and a black hat. My Nutsac bag, which can never go wrong and finally added a pop of color with my gold colored sneakers. What better way to walk down the streets of NY and welcome the Fall!
Summer 2016 marks the New York City debut of Pinknic, the city’s first giant picnic and music festival dedicated exclusively to rosé wine. Over the course of two days, guests are invited to eat, drink, and enjoy entertainment spread across the sprawling grounds of Governors Island--rosé wine in hand, naturally.
Created by the founders of La Nuit en Rosé, Pinknic will run Saturday July 9 through July 10. The hours of the event are 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on both days.
In a setting suited for summer’s favorite beverage, the two-day event is an unparalleled opportunity to delight in still and sparkling rosé selections from Château d’Esclans, Moët & Chandon, and Chandon. But rosé isn’t the only thing taking center stage. Throughout the weekend, there will be a robust selection of live entertainment, with DJ sets and performances by Claptone, Miami Horror, Tube & Berger, Slow Hands, Tortured Soul and more.
From the glass to the grounds, Governors Island will be bathed in pink. Each day, two thousand rosé-hued designer blankets will provide ample seating for guests, each of whom are invited to adhere to the weekend’s dress code of pink and white. For those who do not wish to bring their own food, gourmet Pinknic Baskets crafted by celebrity Chef Chris Santos.
